I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony with a view onto the streets featuring queen beds and proper walls. The staff could improve on their customer service skills, as one individual seemed more interested in her phone than providing attentive service. The location was excellent, with a Tram stop right outside making it very convenient for transportation. The dining experience included Sicilian pastry and was enjoyable. Overall, a lovely place to stay with some areas that could be enhanced.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had a nice balcony with a view onto the streets, but it was not cleaned properly, and fresh towels were lacking. There was no drawer space in the room, which was inconvenient. The service was somewhat lacking, could do with a bit more customer service training, as I felt the staff were more interested in their phones than providing good service. On the positive side, housekeeping was good, and they offered tours/ticket assistance. The location was convenient as it was near the center and close to public transport, with a tram stop right outside. The dining experience was included and the best part was the steaks, but there were some shortcomings. Overall, the facilities were sufficient, but there is room for improvement.
